The guest profile stores the data for each guest. In addition, guest profiles are created for
•family members of guests
•companies
•agencies
•contact persons
Therefore it is important to enter the type of guest correctly, when creating a new guest profile.
Guest data collected during reservation or check-in is automatically transferred into the guest profile. When making a reservation or checking-in a guest, you may amend existing data and enter payment instructions.
Match codes help to quickly identify frequent guests or oderers.
The guest profile also includes the history data of the guest’s stays.
Use the print-button on the toolbar to print a guest profile record, choosing a suitable template for the intended purpose. The template may be a word document to which you can add text or delete parts of it. A number of different templates should be available here, which can include a print out of guest data for internal use, but also general guest correspondence, such a cover letter for sending a brochure.
