This tab provides the presetting for the guest’s requested room profile. If the guest appears on the rooming list of a reservation and you open the tab Preferences during check-in, SIHOT will suggest a (vacant) room according to a room profile based on the information from within the guest profile.
The fields defining the room characteristics are described in the chapter Room Master File.
The second column records the guest amenities according to hotel policy.
