The ellipses-buttons next to e-mail and web-addresses will
open a new e-mail or the respective website in your internet browser.
The e-mail filter prevents unnecessary or unwanted e-mails from being sent. For example, guests who have not explicitly given their permission for the hotel to send advertising material can be thereby be excluded from receiving automatic emails.
i N.B. The filter affects the sending of automatic emails and interfaces only.
You can still click the ellipses-button next to the email address to start writing an email to the guest (for example with Outlook).
Apart from automatic emails, the filter affects the following interfaces:
•SIHOT.Pre-&Post-Stay-Mails (optional module)
•Export Stays for marketing and the interfaces using this export
•Trip Advisor interface
•Police reports (depending on registry settings)
Use registry key [8275] (in path Pre-set option for guest profile) to pre-set one of the entries in all guest profiles that are newly created thereafter.
