This part of the guest profile shows the most important information of the guests, companies and agencies. Do ensure correct spelling and uniform procedures for entering data. E.g. “post box” addresses may be entered as P.O.Box, P O Box, Box, POB, etc. – a standard form should be established.
In an MPE-environment and when working with SIHOT.CRS, the profile for central guests is identified by a green name-field.
