You can enter reservations for individual guests or for groups. Reservations can be made for categories or for specific rooms. When entering a reservation, you are able to draw records and data from the existing guest profiles or create a new profile directly. Fix services entered in the reservation will be charged automatically during the night run.
If required, SIHOT produces an automatic reservation confirmation.
The reservation-dialog manages individual-, group- or allotment reservations for individuals, companies, agencies and tour operators.
Within the program, you are able to search for existing reservations, enter new reservations, amend or cancel reservations.
All data entered in the reservation can be accessed during check-in and the entire stay. Therefore it is important to enter as many details as possible and to enter them as thoroughly as possible!
SIHOT shows the reservations of the past as well as the future. Past stays are stored until they are deleted during the course of a periodical database clearance.
For a fast reservation without entering too many details, you can create a so called “express reservation” via the room rack.
