There are different options to call-up an existing reservation:
• pressing the symbol reservation in the toolbar
• selecting the Front-Office-menu reservation
• via the arrival summary (Housekeeping-menu)
• via the guest profile (tab stays)
• via context menu reservation in the arrival summary
• via context menu reservation in the in-house guest list
• via context menu reservation in the departure summary
• via an event reservation-dialog by calling up the command Front Office reservation from the context menu
Amend the data as required and press modify.
If you wish to change the client of a reservation, open the guest search and highlight the respective client. Enter the new client by drag & drop in the name-field and press modify.
i NB: If you simply type over the client and press modify, then you are changing the client’s details in the guest profile at the same time.
If you wish to change the reservation number, enter 0 in the field reservation number and press modify. SIHOT will automatically assign a new reservation number.
