You can start the check-in procedures in different layouts:

Ø Call up the reservation in the tab Arrivals. Ø Highlight the guest in the listbox (search results). Ø Click Check-in in the function pane. Tip: When conducting a check-in via control center, you can make use of the Upselling-function. For further information see section Upselling. |
Room rack |
Ø Click the reservation in the room rack. Ø Click Check-in in the function pane. |
Arrival summary |
Ø Call up the reservation by entering the search parameters and click Search in the function pane. Ø Highlight the guest in the listbox (search results). Ø Click Check-in in the function pane. |
Reservation layout |
Ø Click the Reservation-shortcut in the toolbar or call up the layout in the menu Front Office. Ø Click Check-in in the function pane. |
Rooming list |
Ø Highlight the reservation(s) in the rooming list. Ø Click Check-in in the function pane. In case no room had been allocated beforehand, a room will be allocated automatically. |
If interfaced to a key card system, a dialog box to program the keys will be displayed automatically at the end of the check-in process. For further information on this subject, see section Interfaces.
