).When importing the data of a passport or personal ID card by using a document scanner, SIHOT checks for existing guest profiles with similar data. If there is such a profile, the Comparison-dialog opens showing and matching and differing data. Within this dialog, you are given the following options:
•Create a new guest profile with the data obtained by the document scanner (button New guest).
•Overwrite the existing data in the guest profile with all new data
supplied by the document scanner ().
•Overwrite existing data in the guest profile with selected new data
fields supplied by the document scanner (
