check-in.The optional module SIHOT.Go! and interfaces to a number of CRM systems offer guests the possibility to conduct an online check-in. These preliminary check-ins are referred to in SIHOT as “WebPreCheckIn”. To complete the check-in procedure in SIHOT.PMS, the function Check-in must still be carried out for these guests.
Very often, the online check-in comes with certain privileges for the guest; therefore, please follow the hotel’s own policy with regards to completing the check-in.
In the arrival summary, the icon WebPreCheckIn indicates that the guest has carried
out an online check-in. Use the extended search criteria () to search explicitly for guests with online
check-in.
