Accounts

The principal purpose of the dialog accounts is to charge for services ordered and to post payments made by the guest. The dialog also enables you to produce invoices. Inactive accounts can be re-activated if necessary. Fix services defined in a reservation will be posted automatically during the night run, taking into consideration the payment instructions entered in the reservation. In addition, charge routing options can be defined in detail using the dialog payment instructions.

 

If interfaced to restaurant or telephone, these services will be automatically posted as well.
