Managing Miscellaneous Accounts

Misc. accounts are handled in the Front Office-menu misc. accounts.  These accounts are created for clients who are not checked into a room.

 

There are two different types of account:

 

1.  permanent misc. accounts:

these accounts remain active after the settlement and will not be deleted

2.  Temporary misc. accounts:

these accounts are deactivated after the settlement and will be deleted automatically.

 

You can assign an office or a virtual room to the misc. account in order to be able to post any charges to the room (e.g. restaurant bills).
