Posting a Service

There are three different buttons in the accounts-dialog to post services:

 

1.  posting

2.  post packages in advance until (departure on:)

3.  pre-posting

 

The differences between the three are as follows:

 

Posting

Post Packages in Advance

Pre-Posting

The revenue is recorded on the current hotel date only.

Revenue is recorded for the day of the service actually being rendered.

You can select the date for which the revenue should be recorded.

Any service can be posted.

Posts only those services defined as fix services in the reservation.

Any service can be posted.

Posts the exact fix services for the current day.

Posts the exact fix services for each individual day.

i Posts standard rates only, does not take into consi­der­ation any manual, season or weekend rates!

i NB: The user right -f (for the accounts-dialog) prevents the user from using the functions pre-posting and post packages in advance. In this case, the buttons will be inactive.
