Inactive accounts can be re-activated without having to carry out a cancellation, e.g. in case the account was deactivated by mistake or if there are charges to be added to the invoice after check-out.
Call up the account by conducting a search for inactive accounts only (add further criteria to narrow the search if required). Choose the function reactivate account from the context menu on the mask of the accounts-dialog.
i NB: The user right -i (for the accounts-dialog) prevents the user from reinstating an inactive account.
When reinstating and re-settling an account from the past, the room status automatically changes to dirty. To prevent this status-change, activate registry key [500268].
