The check-out dialog can be called up by:
• pressing the check-out symbol in the toolbar
• choosing check-out in the Front Office menu
• choosing check-out in the context menu on the room rack
• choosing check-out in the context menu of the dialog departures in the Housekeeping menu

SIHOT will display any comments as entered in the guest profile, the reservation or the account only if the System Administrator has activated the registry key display comment on check-out [5267].
SIHOT will automatically display the quality flag when the check-out dialog is called up, if registry key [6473] is activated. The quality flag is a standard query to prompt the user to enter if the guest should be send (via e-mail) a questionnaire or similar correspondence designed by the hotel to build a positive customer relationship.

The buttons reservation comment, personal comment, guest comment and comment underneath the personal information are active only if comments have been entered. Press the buttons to view the comments.
At the bottom of the dialog, the button departures (due) calculates the remaining number of rooms due to depart on this calendar date.

The money-symbol appears on the tab to point out that
there are postings to be found under this tab.
