This is an extremely fast method of checking out a group of guests, settling each account within the collective account with the same method of payment. This function is especially useful for instance, when the guests of a bus tour have all left the hotel.
Having compiled a collective account, press the button check-out (the tab collective account must be open). You may then choose how to proceed further:
•to settle the highlighted account only
•to settle all accounts within the collective account together
•to settle all accounts within the collective account individually and using different methods of payments to do so
•to settle all accounts within the collective account individually using the same method of payment for all
Having chosen one of the options, the settlement-dialog opens.
