In order to obtain an account statement, press the button settlement. SIHOT opens the dialog settlement profile. Press the button statement in the profile print a statement.
Press the button settlement in the profile for SIHOT to open the payment dialog. Enter the payment and confirm with OK with/without receipt.
Deactivate the account, if the guest is physically departing now and for the room to be listed as vacant. If the guest has only asked for an intermediate statement or retrains the room for some reason, do not deactivate the account until the guest is actually leaving.
