in the toolbar or in the menu Front-Office.The room rack is an important feature of SIHOT. It visualises the occupancy of each room at the property. At the same time, extensive information with regards to rooms, guests and reservations is available. With the buttons in the function pane, you to carry out functions such as check-in or room moves and to call up different programs (e.g. guest accounts). You can also generate reservations via the room rack (refer to Reservations - Creating a reservation for more details).
The room rack is called up using the shortcut in the toolbar or in the menu Front-Office.
Use the date bar to change the period on display. For further information on how to work with the date bar, refer to Reservations – Category - Date bar.

The button Week 
disables the automatic scaling of the
timeline in weeks, months and years, depending on the size of the browser window
or the timespan shown in the timeline. The timeline will be then scaled in weeks
only. The button Month 
reinstates the automatic scaling
function.
