Procedure
Reservation layout
Ø Click the
Reservation-shortcut 
in the toolbar or call up the
layout in the Front
Office-menu.
Rate information
Ø Enter the proposed period of stay.
Ø Enter the number of guests and any other known details.
Ø Click Search 
to find applicable rates.
Ø Click the chosen package.
Ø Click Create reservation in the function pane.
Ø Enter the reservation in the express reservation dialog box.
Category rack
Ø Click the arrival date in the requested category.
Ø Highlight the period of stay.
Ø Click Create reservation in the function pane.
Ø Enter the reservation in the express reservation dialog box.
Sales rack
(only when using SIHOT.Sales)
Ø Adjust the datebar to show the requested period.
Ø Enter the number of guests and any other known details.
Ø Click Search to find applicable rates.
Ø Highlight the dates of stay on the requested package in the requested category.
Ø Click Create reservation.
Room rack
Ø Click the arrival date in the line of the chosen room.
Ø Highlight the period of stay.
Ø Click Create reservation in the function pane.
Ø Enter the reservation in the express reservation dialog box.
Guest profile
Ø Click Rate information in the function pane.
Ø Enter the reservation via rate info (see above).
Allotment/Group
block
Ø Open the tab Contract information.
Ø Highlight the requested category in the listbox.
Ø Click Create reservation in the function pane.
Ø Enter the reservation in the express reservation dialog box.
Allotment rack
Ø Click the arrival date in the requested category.
Ø Highlight the period of stay.
Ø Click Create reservation in the function pane.
Ø Enter the reservation in the express reservation dialog box.
Sales rack
Ø Click the arrival date in the line of the chosen package.
Ø Select a profile from the guest search or create a new profile.
Ø Click Create reservation.
Ø Enter the reservation in the express reservation dialog box.
Reservation wizard
Ø Call-up the reservation wizard in the Wizard-menu and enter the required details step-by-step.
