SIHOT displays additional buttons in the function pane, offering a number of functions relating to this this guest and his current status (reservation, checked-in, checked-out).
•Reservation:
o Open the reservation
o Open the guest profile
o Change the allocated room (or plan a room move)
o Check-in if applicable
•Checked-in:
o Open the reservation
o Open the guest profile
o Change the allocated room (or plan a room move)
o Cancel the check-in
o Open the guest account
o Open the client account
•Checked-out:
o Open the reservation
o Open the guest profile
o Open the guest account
o Open the client account

Ø Open the expander Detailed information to call-up further information on the guest and the reservation.
You can add or change details here directly, without having to access the guest profile or the reservation.
