When working with SIHOT.C&B, you have set up a number of master files. These contain data which does not change during day-to-day work. They include, e.g. banqueting rooms and their different categories such as conference rooms, auditoriums, etc. Like all master files, the event master files should be set-up systematically.
Having established the master files for SIHOT.PMS (services, etc) you have to enter the following master files:
•banquet room master files
•equipment master files
•reservation types
