situations.There are two options to search for a banqueting room in the master files:
1. Scroll through all master files using the arrow-symbols in the toolbar.
2. Press the button search to access the dialog search rooms.
The dialog search rooms provides an overview over all banqueting facilities entered in SIHOT. Different criteria for selection help you to narrow down the search process. E.g. you may search for occupied or available rooms only. If you do not enter any criteria, SIHOT will display all facilities.
Rooms appearing in the listbox may be shown merely in their
capacity as overbooking rooms. These are clearly marked as such (icon ) to avoid unintentional overbooking
situations.
Select a room for editing by double clicking on the record in the list box or by pressing the button select.
The list box displays the rooms in accordance with the selection criteria in the order chosen in the field sorting.
Print a room list of the rooms displayed in the list box by pressing the preview or print button in the toolbar.
