There are two options to search for equipment in the master files:
1. Scroll through all master files using the arrow-symbols in the toolbar.
2. Press the button search to access the dialog search equipment.
The dialog search rooms provides an overview over the equipment entered in SIHOT Different criteria for selection help you to narrow down the search process. E.g. you may search for occupied or available equipment only. If you do not enter any criteria, SIHOT will display all equipment.
Select an equipment for editing by double clicking on the record in the list box or by pressing the button select.
The list box displays the equipment in accordance with the selection criteria in the order chosen in the field sorting.
Print an equipment list of the equipment displayed in the list box by pressing the preview or print button in the toolbar.
