This tab allows you to enter further contract details and to set or amend the scope of the allotment.
The dates from and to are processed as the dates of a reservation, i.e. the to-date is the date any rooms booked on allotment must be checking-out. A successive contract, without leaving a gap, will have a from-date identical to the to-date of the first.
When working with allotments, the rate segment entered under this tab will be the default for all reservations. Should you wish to change the rate segment in individual reservations, simply override the field in the reservation itself.
