SIHOT can charge any unused allotments automatically. This situation occurs for instance, if the release-date has passed and the allotment holder fails to cancel (in time) any rooms which are not required.
To enable this function, enter a service to be charged and the amount to be charged. Exit the list box by pressing the Enter-key and press the button misc. accounts. Highlight the respective misc. account and enter the same by drag & drop into the account-column in the list box.
The program charge unused allotments will carry out this function if included in the schedule for the night run. Alternatively, start the program anytime under Reports – Packages – Charge unused allotments.
