The SIHOT.C&B module is an integrated software package to handle all aspects of the Conference and Banqueting Department. Being part of SIHOT, the module uses the same database, i.e. guest profiles, accounts etc. As the data is linked to a number of templates in Microsoft Word, you are able to create the necessary lists, reports, contracts and confirmations with ease and accuracy.
The term “event” used in SIHOT stands for all kinds of functions taking place at the hotel, be it seminars, conferences, incentives, banquets, etc.
