The dialog event summary gives a fast overview of all events of the day and allows you to change the status of the event and individual room reservations. When highlighting an event in the event list box (on top), the respective room reservations will be displayed
You may filter the records according to the status.
Colours of the event summary listbox:
•green:
event reservations in the future
•red:
current (active) events
•grey:
previous (deactivated) events
A double click on an event-line opens the corresponding event reservation.
