The event rack is an important feature of SIHOT.C&B. It graphically displays the current occupancy of the rooms. At the same time, extensive information with regards to rooms and events is available. The context menu allows you to carry out functions such as changing dates and to call up a number of dialogs (e.g. client profile).

The tooltip on individual reservations on the event rack gives a comprehensive overview over the most important facts of the reservation and the room booking, including the following figures:
•number of participants in the event reservation
•number of participants with room reservations
•number of participants with room reservations and registered on rooming list
•(room-)comment
