It is possible to create reservations directly on and via the event rack.
In order to create a reservation, move the cursor to the room you wish to reserve and highlight the required period. A pop-up dialog asks if you would like to reserve further rooms for the same event. If yes, highlight another room to be reserved for this event, if no, the event reservation dialog opens in order for you to enter further details.
