SIHOT opens the dialog to call up the forecast report.

Occupancy by client

SIHOT opens the dialog to call up the oderer’s occupancy statistics.

Call: + tel. number

Only if interface to TAPI-driver: dials the telephone number.

Forecast (defini­tive/ tentative)

Opens the dialog to call-up a forecast for this client.

Sell a gift certificate

If the module SIHOT.Certificates has been installed, SIHOT opens a dialog to post and record the sale of a gift certificate.

Logging

SIHOT opens the logging-dialog to track the actions carried out on this profile.

Search & Merge

SIHOT opens the dialog to find and merge possible duplicates.

Move guest to another client

In an HQ-environment, you can move the profile to another property, deleting the profile in the current property.

Generate inter­net pass­wort (auto)

Only if the internet reservation has been serialised: To generate an internet password for a client, open the guest profile and select the command generate internet password (auto) from the context menu.

At the same time, a sequential number is entered in the match code-field, if this has no prior entry.
