Title |
Title, will be included on invoice, confirmation, mailings, etc. If title and salutation have the same code, SIHOT will change the salutation for individual guests automatically. The title also determines the gender of the guest for police reports, etc. The tiles can be configured to suit specific hotel requirements. Normally, the following titles would be used:

Guest type |
Select the guest type. After creating a new profile, changes in guest type can only be made from Company to Agency and v.v. Other changes are not possible.

Last Name |
Last name of the guest, client or company name. This field provides the text for searches (e.g. guest search). Also, the name will be included on invoice, confirmation, mailings, etc. At properties with a MPE solution, name fields that are coloured green, indicate a central (synchronised) profile. i TIP: use a line break ¶ to split up a long name in such a way that it will appear in orderly in two lines on invoices or confirmations. | ||||||||||||||||||

Quality flag |
This flag works in conjunction with registry key [6473], which – if activated – prompts a question upon check out, whether a questionnaire should be send to the guest by e-mail. By default, this field is blank in new guest profiles and therefore, SIHOT will prompt the question. It should be changed to no, if the question is not to appear upon check-out. Whichever way the question is answered upon check-out, this answer will be entered automatically in the guest profile. E.g. if the guest does not wish to receive a questionnaire, SIHOT will change the quality flag in the guest profile, so that the guest will not be asked the same question again. | ||||||||||||||||||
