Guest Loyalty Cards

The module SIHOT.Loyalty offers you a bonus program, which can be used as part of the CRM-strategy. The bonus scheme converts revenue resulting from accommodation or various other services into points which are credited to the guest’s loyalty-account. These points can be exchanged for rewards as per hotel policy.

 

To work with SIHOT.Loyalty, the following registry-entries must be defined:

    Loyalty points on gross revenue [5317]:

Activate this entry if the gross revenue should be converted into points.

Do not activate if points should be calculated on net revenue only.

    Factor to calculate revenue in loyalty points [5318] :

E.g. 10 = 10 points will be awarded for each € 1.00 of revenue.

    Rounding factor [5319]:

Enter a rounding factor, e.g 1.0.

 

Points are generated on revenue for services with the flag card revenue = yes in the service master file.

 

The points are calculated during the creation of the invoice and are automatically entered in the profile of the account holder.
