The accumulated points of a guest are displayed in the guest profile under the tab Loyalty points.
Subject to appropriate user rights, rewards can be redeemed and the respective points are deducted from the points-balance. Press the button redeem and select the reward from the reward master file. Enter the quantity and press posting.
You can also manually add or deduct points using the button posting.
