Automatic VIP-Status Assignment

Use the program apply loyalty VIP status in the CRM-menu to give all guests with a certain number of points a VIP-status. This function is configured with the following registry-entries:

Select VIP  or VIP2 field for automatic assignment of VIP status[9848]

This entry is used to determine whether the field VIP or the field VIP2 in the guest profile will be showing the automatically assigned VIP-status.

Assign VIP status as of a certain number of loyalty points [9821]

This entry is used to determine the number of points required for a VIP-status.

Use the format FI[STD=0:1000;GO=1001:*],PLA[PLA=0:*] - in this example „FI“ und „PLA“ are loyalty cards, „STD“,“GO“ und „PLA“ are different VIP-status.

You can also enter a period for which the applied VIP-status will be valid, by adding a pipe | and the number of months, e.g. FI[STD=0:1000|12;GO=1001:*|18].

The program apply loyalty VIP Status applies a date stamp in the background, as soon as a guest is given the VIP-status, based on the number of points collected. From this date on, the VIP-status is valid for the period of time defined under registry key [9821]. Once this period has expired, SIHOT checks if the guest has once more collected the required number of points within this time. If this is not the case, the VIP-status is either removed from the guest profile or changed to whichever smaller status the guest has reached with his points.
