Rooming List

Insert client

SIHOT automatically inserts the client on the rooming list.

Family members

SIHOT lists all family members as per the guest profile, to be selected and inserted in the rooming list. This is especially usefule if a guest has a common name - this function ensures that the right persons are added to the rooming list.

New set up in guest profile

SIHOT opens the dialog contact person to create a contacts profile.

Edit

Enables you to amend existing records on the rooming list.

Guest comment

Temporary comment to the guest for this reservation only (i.e. will not be taken over in the guest profile).

Room move

Use this function to mark down a room move of the guest in the future.

Edit room

SIHOT opens the dialog edit room.

To own room

The guest is removed from the current group of sharers to a new room, which you can select from a list of options.

Delete specific person(s) in a room

Deletes the highlighted person(s), useful function to correct erronously entered guests.

Allocate room

Automatic room allocation according to the requirements laid down in the room profile.

Release allocation

Cancels an existing room allocation.

Split person(s) and cancel

This function removes one or more person(s) from the rooming list and cancels the same. See also above All Reservations – Context Menu – Split Reservation.

Split person(s) and set to no-show

This function removes one or more person(s) from the rooming list and changes the status to no-show. See also above All Reservations – Context Menu – Split Reservation.

Create a misc. account

SIHOT creates a misc. account for the reservation.

Card data

SIHOT opens the dialog card data to view or edit the credit or loyalty cards as entered in the guest profile.

Guest Identification

SIHOT opens the dialog to enter the internal guest identification. See chapter Special Subjects, Bracelet Control.

Packages

SIHOT opens the dialog rate agreement to view or edit the fix services.

Account instructions as per reservation

Ensures that the reservation’s account instructions are applied despite of different instructions in the guest profile.

Channels

SIHOT opens the dialog channels to view or edit the statistical information.

Packages of reservation

This function will transfer any changes in the fix services to the names on the rooming list.

Meal plan summary

SIHOT opens the dialog meal plan summary.

Guest profile

SIHOT opens the guest profile.
