This function removes the highlighted guest(s) from his/her current group of sharers. You may also highlight guests from different rooms, thus creating a new group of sharers in a separate room. Prerequisite:
•none of the guests involved is checked-in or checked-out; i.e. the function is only applicable to reserved guests
•a sufficient number of rooms has been entered under the tab reservation information.
The function is always carried out for the highlighted guest(s) only, regardless of the rooming list being shown in room or guest mode.
