For working with SIHOT, each staff member is provided with layouts and functions that are relevant to his or her role. To avoid having to define individual user rights for each employee, there are different access groups in SIHOT, which can be assigned to each user profile according to their department or mangement level.
In the layout User group management (menu Administration), you can create new access groups and adjust basic definitions of existing access groups.
NOTE:
The pre-installed access group all must not be
changed.
This access group has all rights for all functions in SIHOT. When
updating your SIHOT version, this access group is automatically given access to
all new functions.
