The column Guest visible in the following modules determines which profiles the access group will see.
In large databases, this may significantly reduce the data in guest searches, for example if you restrict the profiles to be shown to F&B staff or in the spa. In addition, you can restrict access to certain profiles and their data to certain access groups, which may be important for the sales department.
