SIHOT.Mobile is an optional module that was designed to handle a number of functions on either a tablet or mobile phone. The range of functions was developed specifically for housekeeping, maintenance and F&B. The portable device keeps staff informed with up-to-date data and significantly reduces the need for printed lists. For example:
•Housekeeping staff on the floors see immediately if a room has checked-out and if the room can be cleaned.
•Maintenance staff can check the maintenance report for any priority repairs to be done.
•Service staff in the restaurant are provided with the information if a guest’s booking includes breakfast. If not, they can charge the cost directly to the room.
