SIHOT.Mobile is an optional module that was designed to handle a number of functions on either a tablet or mobile phone. The range of functions was developed specifically for housekeeping, maintenance and F&B. The portable device keeps staff informed with up-to-date data and significantly reduces the need for printed lists. For example:
• Housekeeping staff on the floors see immediately if a room has checked-out and if the room can be cleaned.
• Maintenance staff can check the maintenance report for any priority repairs to be done.
• Service staff in the restaurant are provided with the information if a guest’s booking includes breakfast. If not, they can charge the cost directly to the room.
