SIHOT.Loyalty is a highly customised module and the setup is usually tailored to suit the requirements of each individual hotel.
Basically, there are two options:
1. Points based on revenue:
You define the services and packages that will generate points for the guest. You also define how many points the card holders will receive for each € (£, $, etc.) of revenue generated by these services and packages.
2. Points based on guest nights:
Card holders are awarded one point for each guest night.
