Loyalty card master file

Loyalty cards available to guests must be setup in the layout Loyalty cards in the Master files menu. It is possible to setup different cards for different levels of customers e.g. a standard card, a gold card and a platinum card for your best customers.

In revenue based schemes, the more prestigious cards may yield a different number of points than the standard points calculated based on registry key [5318]. Enter the respective conversion factor in the column Exchange factor.

The guest rate types specified for the cards automatically entitle the card holder to access allotments, hotels and booking periods (e.g. preferential booking periods) with the same flag. It is not necessary to enter the guest rate types again into the guest profile itself. In case of a guest holding cards of different types, guest rate types of all valid cards apply. à COLUMN NOT FOUND.

If applicable, specify an expiry period (in months) for the bonus points. Use the program expiry of loyalty points in the CRM-menu to delete points that are older than the expiry period.
