Marketing.The sales rack shows the available rates per day and category and, just like the rate information, provides another option to enter a reservation (see section Reservations - Creating a reservation).
The sales rack is called up using the shortcut in the toolbar or in the menu Sales &
Marketing.

To call up the rates, proceed as follows:
Ø Adjust the date period to be displayed
in the date bar or in the filter (button 
).
Ø Enter any other details that are already known.
Ø In the expander Additional packages, you may select any other packages that are not displayed in the sales rack by default (see “Configuration”).
Ø Click Search 
to call up the available packages and
their rates.
For further information on a package, its restrictions and booking conditions, proceed as follows:
Ø Click the rate in the requested category.
The expander Rate information shows any booking restrictions that may apply.
Ø Click Package information 
.
SIHOT opens a dialog box with additional information on the package including comments and booking conditions.
TIP:
In the filter, you can adjust the
settings to provide a better overview, for example by hiding the summary lines
or changing the height of the calendar notes.
