rates in the expander Rate information and the additional information available
by clicking Package information 
If a package cannot be reserved on certain dates within the displayed period, the sales rack does not display a rate (--).
If a package is not available throughout the displayed period, it will not be listed. However, by enabling the toggle-button Show restrictions, these packages will also be listed, but in a distinctive colour.
