The function pane in the reservation layout contains buttons for a number of functions relating to the reservation. Some of these buttons will be displayed only after clicking in any one of the fields in the expander Reservation data. The functions made available depend on the type and status of the reservation.
When clicking these buttons, the function will apply to all guests within the reservation. Individual arrangements for specific guests can be entered on the rooming list.
