Upselling in reservations

Using the function Upselling, you can offer additional services to guests, which are then added directly to the fix services.

The services to be offered here are defined under registry key [40552].

To carry out the function, proceed as follows:

Ø Call up the reservation and click Upselling in the function pane.

SIHOT opens a dialog box with the services that defined in the registry.

Ø If the guest wishes to book an additional service, select the service in the listbox and Add  next to the unit price.

The service is added to the fix services.

Ø To remove the service again, click Remove  next to the rate.

Ø Return to the reservation by clicking Close.
