The preview provides a forecast of which charges will be posted during the stay and therefore gives an overview of the cost for the guest or client.
Ø Click Preview postings in the function pane.
SIHOT opens the overview Preview postings. By default, this is grouped by hotel date, i.e. you see immediately which charges will be posted on each day. You can rearrange the listbox as required (seerefer to “SIHOT.GUI – Listbox for instructions). The total amount of all charges for this reservation is shown in the bottom line.
