The optional module SIHOT.Yield│Express is a tool to automatically apply the BAR in relation to occupancy.
With this feature, you create various yield schemes that determine which BAR-level applies up to a certain occupancy percentage. You then allocate one rate scheme to each day in the yield calendar. For example, in a low season period, you allocate the scheme that offers the lowest BAR-level up to a fairly high occupancy percentage, whilst during the main season, you employ a different scheme that includes only higher priced BARs.
