With activities, you can create reminders for follow-ups or action required for yourself or other staff members (see also section CRM - Activities). Routine activities can be created automatically for certain situations or processes. For example, everytime a VIP-guest checks in, Guest Relations receives a notificiation to welcome the guest personally.
Automatic activities are created in the menu Master files - Configuration.
Automatic activities are general and they always apply to all reservations and all guests.
