These are defined in the menu Master data. An automatic activity is set off when a certain action has been carried out. The activity is sent to the respective member of staff or department with a standard text.
For example: an activity can be sent to the Reservations department if there is no deposit entry the day before the deposit is actually due. This way, Reservations can contact the client and remind him of the due payment.
