This module within the SIHOT product suite automates the handling of cash taken as a deposit when lending hotel-owned items to guests. E.g. adapters, phone chargers, golf clubs, bicycles, etc.
i NB: The term “deposit” in this context is not to be confused with the deposits that are pre- or down-payments on a reservation. To help to differenciate the two, we have added the term “security” to deposits which are paid as a security by guests borrowing an item from the hotel.
