SIHOT distinguishes between the conventional activities and the new sales opportunities, which also feature weighted revenue.
The sales opportunities are stored in the guest profile under the trail sales opportunities. They enable the Sales staff to date and plan their appointments, phone calls, negotiations, etc as well as to document the same in writing.
Within the trail sales opportunities, new contracts can be entered and existing ones amended.
The trails can be accessed as follows:
• in the guest profile, pressing the button trails
• in the guest profile, opening the tab trails
• in the menu CRM, function trails
• in the menu Sales & Marketing, overview sales opportunities
Alternatively, you can view, enter and edit sales opportunities here:
• in the dialog sales navigator
• in the sales opportunities overview
• in the sales opportunity logbook
To enter a new activity in the guest profile, open the tab trails and select the appropriate
path. Call up the context menu new
activity or press the add-button next to the listbox.

The dialog new activity includes the conventional fields as well as fields to enter a budget and to weight the expected revenue. The weighted revenue provides clues as to the performance rating of the Sales person.
In case of re-current activities, you can make a template (pattern) out of the activity in order to speed up the recording of the same activity in the future.
